Very slow WRF model run

Hello everyone,

For a while, I have been running a physical ensemble of the WRF model in the same 6 km domain. However, lately I have seen that there is a configuration that is running much slower than before. Because of the physics options, it is already supposed to go slower as the other ones, but its speed has been reduced the last runs.
I have attached two error files to compare the time step for the fastest configuration (~0.4 elapsed seconds) and the slowest one (~0.8 elapsed seconds). Main physical differences include:
Fast run: WSM6, MYJ, BMJ (microphysics, PBL, cumulus)
Slow run: Thompson, MYJ, New Tiedtke
It might be a machine-related problem, but wanted to make sure I'm not missing anything about the model configuration.
Thank you.

Thompson scheme does take longer time than WSM6. However, we are not aware that it takes double time than WSM6. It is possible that the Ntiedtke is also more expensive than BMJ.
