Vtable suggestion for CFSv2 Operational Seasonal forecast

Hi !!
I am interested to Downscale the CFSv2 Operational forecast 9 month products.
I have read about some of the discussions in this forum (How to produce a seasonal forecasting using the WRF model? and WRF & WPS seasonal forecasting)
From that I need some clarifications regarding dataset and Vtable arises. I hope here it will be rectified.
In previous discussions @haiqingsong in the thread 12357 has mentioned two dataset links , In that, I am able access the site 6_hourly_cfs_operational, but there the data is available for six months only and i have accessed the CFS-operational-9-month ncei_cfs site there i can find 9 month.
So, first which is the appropriate site for downloading datasets.

And then i have gone through the Vtables in WPS/ungrib, there i can find the Vtable.CFSR.
So suggest me whether this can be utilized for ungribing the dataset or else to create a new one.
And if ok with this single Vtable, Whether ungrib has to done twice for flxf(surface and radiation data) and pgbf (pressure level data) files?

I have read in the thread 13328 , for seasonal forecast sst_update has to activated and set to 1 in physics section. and whether i have to add any datasets other this flxf and pgbf for seasonal forecast of 9 months.

My confusion is on the page you have mentioned. In that CFSv2 link leads to NCAR RDA Dataset archive d094000, But up to my searching in that site I am not able to obtain the operational forecast data as i mentioned earlier which can be obtained from ncei site.
And the Vtables mentioned in WRF ungrib directory or in the site you have provided are pointing the dataset in d094000 only, at the last commented line in Vtables.

Whether these Vtables can be utilized for Operational datasets obtained from ncei website?

Along with that, regarding sst_update option suggest whether any datasets needed along with flxf and pgbf dataset.
 
Regarding the data, I would suggest contacting the support group at CISL RDA, as they are the group that manages all the data.

Although the Vtables have that specific comment in them, you can ignore that, and you should be able to use those Vtables for either CFSR or CFSv2 data.

If you are planning to run a simulation longer than about 5 days, we do suggest using an additional source for SST data - one that's updated more often. Most first-guess data (e.g., GFS or CFSv2) does come with an SST field, but the temporal resolution is low. A few options for SST input are provided in slide 6 in this presentation.

I will enquire them and Check the SST fields in CFSv2 data. Based that I will utilize the SST external data for my simulation.
