WRF 4.6.1 crashed for MYNN PBL scheme

Hello,
I have been using WRFV4.4 for two years now. In the recent update, WRFV4.6.1 has been introduced with new windfarm parameterization schemes coupled with the MYNN PBL scheme. Thus, I plan to upgrade to the latest version.
I am aware that many changes have been introduced in the new version, specifically in the bl_pbl options.
Unfortunately, the wrf.exe crashed right at the first time step when calculating the MYNNPBL. I have attached the namelist.input, wrf error, and the rsl.out.0000 file.
I have experimented with eliminating all options one-by-one related to bl_pbl but only keeping bl_pbl_physics = 5. Nothing seems to work for the MYNN scheme. I also tried setting bl_mynn_edmf = 1, but in vein.

In fact, the simulation worked for other PBL schemes but only aborted for scheme 5.

I have no idea where it went wrong.

In the attachment, I have included rsl.out.0000 and namelist.input files of three tests:
1. Activated only MYNN PBL scheme while other related settings are commented, ideally means setting default values
2. Activated MYNN PBL scheme along with bl_mynn_closure, tke_budget, and bl_mynn_tkeadvect are being activated, while the settings related to EDMF are still the default.
3. Activated MYNN PBL scheme along with bl_mynn_closure, tke_budget, and bl_mynn_tkeadvect are being activated, while the settings related to EDMF are set to 0.

The rsl files you posted for all the three tests are actually same and they don't include any error message. Can you look at other rsl files and find possible error messages that may provide helpful information ? Note that the error message can be in any RSL files.

Also, please turn off grid nudging and adaptive time step, then try again.

Hi,
The rsl files are generated from the three test runs and are identical. That is what baffled me in the first place. I did turn off adaptive time stepping and grid nudging, but the simulations stopped exactly at the same instance.
