I've been trying to run the WRF-chem model on a higher number of cores, but it doesn't even start. It is working only till 30 cores, and it crashes after some time. It doesn't write any errors in rsl.err files. it just stops.
My cluster's default compiler is GNU, but I compiled my model and libraries using Intel's ifort, and I'm using the same for the model run. Any idea what could be causing this or what to check? I have attached the namelist file, cluster detail, and rsl.err file generated while running at 128 cores.
