Hi, everyone,
I'm encountering an issue with WRF-Chem simulation where the visualization of certain variables appears abnormal.
The data shows an unusual pattern, as shown in the attached image. I'm not sure if this is due to incorrect input data, configuration issues, or somthing else.
Here's a summary of my setup and what I observed:
- Chemistry option(chem_opt): 301
- Domain resolution : dx = 1000m
- Visualization tool : QGIS, ncview
THE attached image shows the output for the variable in question.
It seems to lack proper spatial variation, with most values uniform or following an odd pattern
