WRF compilation problem

I tried to compile WRF first to compile WPS because I can't install jasper on my computer and I got errors in WRF compiling.
I don't really know how to diagnose problems like this. Any response would be appreciated

Can you go through the steps on this page to make sure you have all the necessary compilers, libraries, etc. installed and that they are all compatible with each other?

It looks like you may need to do a `./clean -a` as it seems this log starts with a previously partially built WRF with a different environment / set of options that used GCC before vs Intel in the log attached.
