WRF-Fire fuel and topographic data not processed by geogrid.exe

Hello!

I'm running WRF-Fire for the first time so I'm following the tutorials on youtube. I'm stuck at the geogrid step because I see that geogrid runs successfully but does not processes NFUEL_CAT and ZSF. I followed carefully the instructions of the tutorial so I can't understand where is the problem (I'm sure that everything is in the right directory). Can someone please help me?
I attach the geogrid.log file and the GEOGRID.TBL.FIRE if they can help.

Thank you very much!

I am sorry that I have no answer to this question...
WRF-FIRE is developed and maintained by another group in NCAR. Please take a look at the website here. Hope you can find some information there.

Hi,
thank you anyway for answering, I'll attend the online tutorial next week and hopefully I'll solve the problem there.

Have a nice day!

Dear Srinaldi,

I am experiencing the same issue with WPS for WRF (not WRF-FIRE). I would appreciate it if you could share your solution.
Hi!

Sorry for the late respond, I just resolved my issue. It was a really easy problem, I was not modifying the GEOGRID.TBL read by geogrid.exe (the one in wps/geogrid and indicated under OPT_GEOGRID_TBL_PATH = geogrid/ in the geogrid.log file) but another one in the wps folder, hence geogrid.exe did not read any of the changes I was making to the table.
Hope you find it useful!

Have a nice day.
Simona
