I am using the WRFV4.1.3 version to run LES, the minimum grid spacing is 40m. The microphysics scheme is full bin.(In other case,I use the thompson sechme and it runs successfully ) Currently, I am running a real case with 144 cores, but after running for a while, wrf.mpich crashes. I cannot find any errors in the rsl.error or rsl.out files. Below I have attached my namelist.input file and the rsl.error.0000, and rsl.out.0000. Sincerely hope that someone can help me.

Hi,
Apologies for the delay in response. If you are still experiencing this issue, can you try a few tests to try to narrow down the problem?

1) Can you test to see which domain is causing the problem? Try running with only 4 domains, then 3 domains, then 2, then 1 until you are able to run successfully (if you are able to).

2) If you are able to run only 2 domains successfully, but not 3 domains, this could potentially be due to the fact that you are using a 5:1 ratio for all domains except d03, which is a 3:1 ratio. Can you test with 3 domains again, but change the setup so that domain 3 also has a 5:1 ratio and see if that makes any difference? Make sure to also change the parent_timestep_ratio to 5:1, as well.

Once you figure out which domain is causing the issue, please send all the rsl* files for the simulation that fails. You can package the files into a single *.tar file and just attach that. Thanks!
