WRFDA V4.0 compilation error ( No rule to make target 'md_calls.m4' )

Dear WRF Community,

I have met a problem when compiling WRFDA V4.0 code. After setting NETCDF, HDF5 environment variables, I tried ./configure wrfda. Serial & GNU are selected.

./compile all_wrfvar >& compile.out

would give error as:

make[1]: *** No rule to make target 'md_calls.m4', needed by 'md_calls.inc'. Stop.

Any indications would be appreciated. Thanks.
