Does wrfda have the ability to assimilate pwv/lpw data?

Hi
I want to assimilate pwv/lpw data which is retrive from Fengyun satellites,I am not sure wrfda has the ability to assimilate pwv/lpw data.
if you get some advice for my problem,please
