Compiling WPS4.0.3 cannot generate ungrib.exe

I used the gcc10.1.0 compile WRF and WPS. After I modified the configure, Makefile, and configure.default, I successed compile WRF 4.0.3. But when I compiled the WPS4.0.3, the ungrib.exe could not be generated. Geogrid.exe and Metgrid.exe have been successfully compiled. The following is my log.compile. Can you help me? Thanks for your attention.
