Converting tiff file into WRF Compatible binary file

I have generated urban morphology parameters like mean building height, area average building height in tiff cormat. I nee to convert them into wrf compatible binary format. Pls help.
 
Check this reply I posted in WPS forum; It may be useful since the urban data would be processed by WPS (maybe using QGIS + GIS4WRF would help)
