Encountering error at running radiance assimilation

Hi all,
I was trying to run a tutorial case of radiance data assimilation. I have encountered an error.
Herewith I have posted my namelist.input file, rsl.error, rsl.out for your perusal.
If anyone knows how to resolve this issue, please let me know.
