I'm trying to run a real Fire, but I've the next problem.
I have a file.tif with 9 cateogories of fuel surface (1 to 9).
I'm trying to convert this file to intermediate file (eg. 00001-09308.00001-03883 and index) so geogrid can read it.
I have tried different ways to do it, but always get the same result.
After running geogrid.exe I get with ncview "min and max both 0 or variable NFUEL_CAT", other variables works correctly.
Note: I'm running geogrid with GEOGRID.TBL.FIRE
The differents way I have tried are:
1. Using the library wrfx
2. Using gdal with gdal_translate -of ENVI file.tif file.bil
3. Using the library convert_geotiff (GitHub - openwfm/convert_geotiff: A commandline utility for converting GeoTIFF files for use in WRF)
I get the next files attached.
