Hi,
I am trying to compile WRFDA 4dvar with Cray compilers. I have successfully compiled WRFPLUS and RTTOV12 library, but when I compiled WRFDA, I got the following error (Please kindly see the 2 log files I attached here for the detailed error); (I ran the compilation code twice as suggested by this post WRFDA compiling error.), but still encountered the same problem. I got 43 executable files (including obsproc.exe) except da_wrfvar.exe.
I then attempted to compile WRFDA without RTTOV12, but I still encountered the same issue.
Information about the libraries and compilers I used to compile WRFDA
netCDF 4.8.1
netCDF-Fortran 4.5.3
HDF5 Version: 1.12.1
Cray clang version 13.0.2
Cray Fortran : Version 13.0.2
If anyone knows how to solve the problem, please kindly help me out. Thank you very much for your kind help.
