I am currently working with COSMIC's nc format GPS RO data. I want to convert it to Little_R format.
This is for processing with OBSPROC.exe to create an ob.ascii file compatible with WRFDA.
If anyone has a sample of GPS RO data in Little_R format, I would greatly appreciate it.
The raw COSMIC occultation data are included in the attachment.
