Multiple Compilation Errors

I've worked with multiple versions of WPS/WRF with few issues, but I'm now trying to install WRFDA and am getting a ton of errors while compiling. I've attached the compile.log and also the terminal text when running
Code: 
 ./compile all_wrfvar > compile.out

I'm assuming that there's something simple I have wrong, and I get similar errors trying to compile v3.8 and 4.0. If anyone has any ideas on what the issue is, please let me know!
