Problem with wfr_out time from wrfda

Hi! I focused that after running wrf with wrf_da output files are generated, but in their names "weird" name of seconds parameter is included. Does anyone have an idea what is the cause of generating such seconds in wrfout_d01?

The wrf_da results folder contains:
