Hello everyone.
I encountered a problem while using WRF-CHEM (version 4.1) to simulate lightning. The spatial distribution of lightning in d02 is discountinuous and blocky (see attach file CG_lightning_spatial.jpg). I trie to modify the cellcount_method option (cellcount_method = 2 in d02), but the result is not changed. I have tried several times and found that the partitioning of spatial distribution corresponds to the number of kernels used. I have attached the namelist file. I hope someone can solve this problem.
