I have generated few variables using streams.atmosphere.output deleting which is not required variable
But now I wanted more variables but I don't want to rerun the model again. It is possible to start it for only the variables post process

To generate new outputs - either user defined diagnostics or model prognostic variables - you will need to run the model again. You might be able to find some variables you want in the restart file (if you generated it) depending on the variable(s) you want.
