SIZE MISMATCH: comparing namelist to the input file

HI,I recently ran into an issue where when I ran the real.exe, it showed that the met* data was inconsistent with the namelist. I'm distressed, I hope you can help me, thank you very much！
The attachments are my namelist.wps, namelist.input, and rsl.error

Finally solved, the reason is not to clear the old output; Running programs are not overwritten, but are written later, resulting in contamination of old and new data.
