The problem of using double-layer nesting and three-layer nesting in WRF-BEP-BEM

I am using WRF-BEP-BEM to simulate heatwave events. Case 1 uses double nesting, with resolutions of 9km and 3km respectively, and can operate normally. When Case 2 uses triple nesting, the simulation process crashes. The simulation area of Situation 2 is the same as that of Situation 1, except that a resolution of 1 kilometer is used in the innermost domain. When I shut down BEP-BEM, the three-layer nested model can run normally again. I'm extremely confused about this. Has any of you encountered this problem before? I'm using WRF version 4.7.0. Furthermore, the urban canopy dataset I used was GloUCP, and I updated FRC_URB2D using the impermeable surface data created by Gong et al. Data set URL to GloUCP: 基于WRF 模型的全球 1 公里空间连续城市冠层参数(2020年) - 国家冰川冻土沙漠科学数据中心. The attachment contains a list of names. input and rsl * files.
