You are encouraged to attend the US CLIVAR sponsored workshop on Atmospheric convection and air-sea interactions over the tropical oceans, in Boulder, CO, May 7-9 2019. The workshop aims to
• Review progress and lessons learned in tropical atmospheric convection and air-sea interaction research over the last 30 years,
• Document outstanding issues and propose approaches for potential future integrated process studies that effectively use advanced technologies to address them and
• Identify strategies for leveraging and contributing to ongoing and future broader community activities.
