When I was running WRF-CHEM, the process was interrupted due to insufficient memory. Afterwards, I attempted to restart it, but encountered the error message: "forrtl: severe (174): SIGSEGV, segmentation fault occurred". I tried conventional solutions such as increasing memory and using the command "ulimit -s unlimited", yet neither of these methods worked.
