WRF4.3.1 bep_bem simulation with LCZ data: Error "munmap_chunk(): invalid pointer" and "Program received signal SIGABRT"

When using WRF version 4.3.1 to simulate temperature data with the bep_bem module in combination with LCZ data, an error always occurs when running wrf.exe: "munmap_chunk(): invalid pointer" followed by "Program received signal SIGABRT: Process abort signal."

I have tried modifying various combinations of physical parameters, but none of them worked. The LCZ dataset I used is a subset extracted from the cglc_modis_lcz_global dataset, which was then converted using w2w. This step should not be problematic.

Attached are four files from my running process.
