WRFDA GNSS-RO Bending angle assimilation

While the WRFDA release claims that GNSS-RO bending angle assimilation is possible. I found that the bending angle observation operator is not implemented in the WRF assimilation system, and only refractivity and excess phase assimilation is supported. Does anyone know if the WRFDA supports bending angle assimilation?
