(RESOLVED) Metgrid ERROR: Screwy NDATE: 0000-00-00_00:00:00

Dear Madam/Sir,

I am using WRF4.1 and I found that I couldn't compile the "metgrid.exe".
Attached please kindly find the "nameless.wps"
Here is the error report,

Please change settings in your namelist.wps from:
start_date = '2019-06-01_12:00:00',
end_date = '2019-06-01_18:00:00',

to start_date = '2019-06-01_12:00:00', '2019-06-01_12:00:00',
end_date = '2019-06-01_18:00:00', '2019-06-01_12:00:00',

Then try again
