Hi, I assume you're referring to the Maria 1-km case listed here? The case is a nested simulation, with a parent dx of 5-km and a nest at 1-km. Because the wrfbdy file is specific to d01, it will use the 5-km grid spacing, but the wrfinput_d02 file available with that download should use 1-km grid spacing.
