Dear colleagues,
Just a reminder that the deadline for submitting abstracts to the 2019 EGU Regional Climate Modeling session is Jan 10, this Thursday, at 13:00 CET (12:00 UTC).
From a previous announcement:
> As in past years there will be a session "Regional climate
> modeling, including CORDEX" (session CL5.01 ) at the EGU 2019 General
> Assembly, which will be held 7-12 April 2019 in Vienna. The session is
> convened by Ivan Guettler and Filippo Giorgi. As you may know, Prof. Ray Arritt,
> who had been co-convening the session in the past, suddenly past away, and
> we plan to have a special talk by Dr. M. Bukovsky to commemorate his
> tremendous contributions to regional climate modeling and to remember him
> as the special colleague that he was to all of us.
>
> Abstract submission is open and we encourage you to submit your work to
> this session. In recent EGU assemblies the RCM session has been either the
> leading session or near the top in terms of number of abstracts submitted.
> This makes the session an excellent opportunity to show your research and
> to learn about new developments both in CORDEX and RCMs generally.
>
> Abstract submission closes on 10 January 2019 at 13:00 CET (12:00 UTC).
