Hi, I am running experiments with different AOD data sources (reading them in the model as auxiliary input file 15). One of the experiments is with Himawari-AOD, which has a lot of missing values (NaN) (see attached ncdump -v AOD5502D HIMA500_1H_2018-11-02_00\:00\:00_d01.nc). The model is crashing with a segmentation fault, but I cannot see much info in the rsl*files.
Because other experiments (with similar configuration but different AOD data) are running well, I think the problem is with the NaNs in my AOD data. How does the model deal with the missing values? How should I include the NaNs in my aux data for them to be read by WRF?
Thank you for any help
I attach the following:
- namelist
- output of:
ncdump -h HIMA500_1H_2018-11-02_00\:00\:00_d01.nc
ncdump -v AOD5502D HIMA500_1H_2018-11-02_00\:00\:00_d01.nc (in the cloud as ncdump_aod_hima)
- rsl*0000 files
