Adding soil moisture anomalies in WRF model

I wanna adding soil moisture anomalies (dry and wet) to do some sensibility experimental tests (for example, adding soil moisture anomalies percentage in WRF model equations). Someone knows the best form to do this in WRF model?

Hi,
You can do this by modifying the met_em* files. You will need to overwrite the data for soil moisture in those netCDF files so the new values will be used by the model.
