An error occurred when running anthro_emis

I downloaded the 2022 EDGAR anthropogenic emission data from this website ( EDGAR - The Emissions Database for Global Atmospheric Research), and merged the species accordingly. However, when I run anthro_emis, I encounter an error, and it seems that the file Anthro_BC.nc is not in the correct format. However, I have carefully checked it against the requirements listed in the anthro_emis documentation and didn't find any obvious issues.
Could you please help me solve this issue?

My Anthro_BC.nc file is too large to upload. Could someone kindly provide a working example of an Anthro_BC.nc file that meets the anthro_emis format requirements? It would be very helpful for troubleshooting and comparison.
