Anyone has static_ahi.nc?

I am doing Him8 Radiance assimilation, and I would like to use the cloud detection with the option of use_clddet_zz.
In this option, the static data (terrain and landmask) is used in RTCT detection, which should be downloaded in https://www2.mmm.ucar.edu/wrf/users/wrfda/updates-4.2.html.
To be exact,
http://www2.mmm.ucar.edu/wrf/users/wrfda/download/static_ahi.nc.gz
However, the above link is not working and there is no response when you click on it.
