I modified the module (module_mosaic_therm.F) to calculate the loss rate for h2so4, hno3, and co3. The code is attached to this email and the added lines have !AF comment. According to the equations in the paper (Zaveri et al, 2005) caco3 should decrease but in the diagnostics it increases. The plots are attached too. I am confused why the co3 loss rate is positive.
