cannot open namelist in tutorial exercise1

Hi,
I'm a beginner of wrf-chem and started to learn it through some tutorial exercises. However, I find this link [https://ruc.noaa.gov/wrf/wrf-chem/tutorialexercises/exe001/] which offer the namelist.wps file cannot open ( in exercise1 https://ruc.noaa.gov/wrf/wrf-chem/tutorialexercises/tutorialexercises001.html). Is there anyway to get this namelist?
