change VEGPARM.TBL

Hello,

I am trying to change the vegetation cover in Noah LSM by changing the numbers in VEGPARM.TBL, but no changes are getting reflected in the output files. I am using WRF-Chem v3.7. Is there something I am missing?

any help would be highly appreciated.
