code used to read in STATSGO/FAO soil texture

Hi,
I wonder if I can get an assistant with locating FORTRAN code(s) within the WRF-Chem.
I would like to know which FORTRAN code is used (called) to initialize and/or update soil moisture within the WRF-Chem process using the STATSGO/FAO soil texture data which is fed in to the WRF-Chem via geogrid.exe.

I would like to know the specific fortran code file name and where the file resides in the WRF-Chem file structure.
