compilation error while compiling ideal case for tropical cyclone in wrf

I was facing compilation error while compiling ideal case for tropical cyclone in wrf. my gcc version is 11.3.2 and wrf 4.0. my ubuntu version is 22.04lts. i am attaching the log files and configure file below. please help me ;---;

Hi,
Just to make sure it's not an 'older version' issue, can you try compiling the latest version of WRF (V4.4.2) and let me know if you get the same error? Thanks!
