Compiling WRF 4.7.1 on SDSC Expanse

Hi there. Can anyone help me compile WRF on SDSC Expanse? I am having difficulty loading the correct modules in the right hierarchy? Also once the modules are properly loaded, which configure option should I choose to run a MPI job? Thanks.
 
Hi, Since this is specific to your system, it may be best to get guidance from a systems administrator at your institution. They should be able to help you with loading the modules. Once you configure, you'll choose the "dmpar" option for the compiler you're using.
