Compiling WRF-Chem with KPP librarry

Hi colleagues

I am trying to compile WRF-Chem version 4.2 with KPP, however, I am getting this error on the KPP compilation.

make[1]: *** [Makefile:82: y.tab.c] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory '/home/oronald/model/WRF-4.2/chem/KPP/kpp/kpp-2.1/src'

Could you be knowing how to solve this error?

Hi,

Do you have YACC installed? If not, you need this for KPP. If so, which version?

Yes I do have YACC installed and the version is

yacc - 1.9 20070509

Thanks - A couple more questions, Are you able to compile an earlier WRF-Chem version? And can you please attach your full compile log?
