convert_emiss.exe error (ERRORS while reading one or more namelists from namelist.input.)

Hello everyone,
I am running convert_emiss.exe in WRF-Chem v3.6.1, and I met error like this:

I tried several times but still wrong, I have attached my namelist.input.
