Hello,

Is there any program or code existing so that users can generate the special parallel cvt mesh partitioning file for static interpolation on their own?

Sorry about the late reply on this. Generating CVT partitions requires some non-trivial work to produce so CVT partitions are only included with the large meshes and we do not have plans on releasing the code to do so. However, we are working on a method for interpolating static fields in parallel without the need for CVT partitions and plan to release it with the next MPAS version.
