I'm currently engaged in a research project centered around exploring the feedback mechanism between soil moisture and precipitation. To delve deeper into this topic, I aim to conduct a free simulation in WRF, during which I'd like to use satellite-derived soil moisture data to replace the original soil moisture data in the model daily.
I've already completed the preparatory work. I've collected daily soil moisture data from satellite remote sensing and successfully interpolated this data onto the WRF grid points. Now, I'm at a stage where I need to figure out how to implement a cyclic replacement of the soil moisture data in the WRF model. My goal is to implement continuous integration within WRF-Noah-MP to enable free simulation during the JJA period (approximately 91 days).
Could you offer some insights on the steps, methods, or perhaps any scripts that could help me achieve this cyclic replacement of daily soil moisture data in WRF? Your expertise in this area would be of great value to my research, and I would be extremely grateful for any advice you can provide.
