Duplicate 4d VARS in the wrfbdy_d01

Hi,

I am getting an unusual error while running the .real.exe and the resulting wrfbdy_d01 nc file.
It seems to show a large number of 4dVARS in the wrfbdy.
I attach here my namelist.input and a screen view of ncview showing the variables.

Hi Prerita,

What is the error you are receiving? Those variables are the chemical boundary conditions for your chemical mechanism (112 = MOZCART).

Hi Jordan,

I am not getting any error. I do not understand why the 4 copies of each variable in boundary conditions are there in my wrfbdy_d01 file (as shown in the screenshot attached).

Is something wrong with the wrfbdy file?

Hi Prerita,

If by four copies, you mean *_BTXE,*_BTXS, *_BTYE, *_BTYS? Those are four lateral boundaries and should be there.
