What causes the borders of an inner domain to look discontinuous? I've attached a screen shot of some wrf output for variable U10 for an inner domain (100x100 grid points). I use obsgrid to create an OBS_DOMAIN301 file to nudge this inner domain. When I do, I start to see waves seemingly bouncing off of the domain borders (top of image) and general discontinuity along all the sides. I can see this in the T2 variable as well as others.
What types of things can I look into to fix this sort of problem?
