Empty 2D variables

Hi,

I am running WRF3.9.1.1. I have several 2D variables in the wrfout files that are always zero (in both space and time).
I am using SST input, but the SST_INPUT field and SSTSK are always null (while SST and TSK varying in time as expected).
SWDOWN is non-zero during the day, but SWNORM is always equal to zeros.
Similarly, PC and PCB are also staying equal to zeros.

Is that normal?

Some variables are available only for specific options. For example, we have swnorm only when the option " slope_rad" is turned on.
PC and PCB are only available when you run with the hybrid option in WRFV3.9.1.1
