Good morning,
I have been trying to run your new era5_to_int.py script to process era5 data downloaded from NCAR. I am not using derecho and downloaded the era5 data to my own server.
I have downloaded pressure level data, invariant fields, and surface data successfully, however, when I try to run the script, I get the error:
Error: Could not find file e5.oper.invariant.128_129_z.regn320sc.2016010100_2016010100.nc needed for ERA5 variable Z
When I go to GDEX ds633000 to download ERA5 atmospheric invariant fields [netCDF4], it only lets me choose the date 1979. How do I get the 2016 geopotential field that is needed for the script?
