ERROR in psfc: flag_psfc = 0, flag_soilhgt = 0, flag_slp = 0, sfcp_to_sfcp = F/or T

When I run the real.exe , Whether I set sfcp_to_sfcp = F/or T, there is the same error message. The setdata and the namelist is as follows：

I try to the whole verticle data , but some verticle can not be selected.
What can I do, I need some help! Thank you very much.
The data is download from NCAR RDA Dataset d084001

It seems that you don't have any surface and soil information from GFS.

Please download the entire GFS datafile instead of a subset of it, then try again.
