Error in wrf.exe run in WRF-Elec

Hi!
I am getting an error in the WRF-Elec while running wrf.exe.
NSSL_2MOM_INIT: NSSL_MP_PARAMS namelist: not found or bad token...
WRF-Elec is stopping every time. What could be the reason?
 
What is WRF-Elec? Where did you get the source codes?

Can you run your case using officially released WRF?
