Hi, I am Purnima. I am trying to install CAMx model in hpc during the compilation of netcdf-fortran lib i am facing this error. If some could help me to fix this error.
This is the CM1 forum, not CAMx. But first, check the config.log to see what the compile or run error is. Second, netcdf-fortran needs netcdf-c and hdf5 as dependencies, so it might not be finding those.
